Spring Fashions...on a buget!

I really, really need to go shopping to update my wardrobe for Spring! I have a lot of basics, but I like to throw in a couple inexpensive "trendy" pieces to keep up to date. I always pre-plan my shopping trips, so I know what I am looking for. I like to see what the stars are wearing by going to popsugar.com. Then, I try to find similar looks in affordable stores, such as Forever 21. So, here is what I think I need for Spring...check it out. Notice a trend?? I think I am really loving the ruffles!
